We are pleased to present a new product in our offer of aluminum joinery: TIVANO windows based on the world's only window and door system employing the aerogel nanotechnology!

ALUPROF MB-W86, a system with thermal insulation, is used to manufacture various types of windows, doors and fixed windows characterized by high thermal and acoustic insulation as well as water and air tightness.
Aerogel enables the parameters of the construction to exceed the requirements of even the most stringent regulations and standards - with the Uf coefficient for the window frame from 0.5 W/m2K and the Uw coefficient for the window from 0.8 W/m2K, depending on the size and glazing type.
TIVANO windows manufactured using this system mean energy efficiency, functionality and attractive appearance!
ENERGY EFFICIENCY
- highest parameters of thermal insulation, air permeability, resistance to windload and water tightness;
- three-chamber structure of profiles comprising a 43 or 42 mm wide central insulation chamber;
- two-component central gasket, rebate and glass gaskets - a perfect insulation of the space between the door leaf and frame;
- newly shaped, wide thermal breaks, enabling an additional break to be used in the profile insulation area.
FUNCTIONALITY
- high durability of profiles, enabling very big and heavy windows to be manufactured, e.g. windows with leaf weight up to 200 kg;
- profile shapes adjusted to the mounting of various types of multi-point lock fittings, including concealed hinges and other closing mechanisms, e.g. those mounted on the surface and devices used in such technologies as de-smoking and aeration;
- a broad range of glazing (13.5 - 67.5 mm) enabling all types of glass to be used, including glass units, e.g. acoustic or anti-burglary glass units (a glass unit consists of 2 or 3 panes separated from one another with spacing frames filled with humidity absorber - at present triple glass units, characterized by very good thermal insulation properties, are becoming more and more popular).
ATTRACTIVE APPEARANCE
- the effect of one surface on the outside once the window is closed, the effect of a frame-flush leaf on the inside - obtained thanks to appropriate dimensions of the leaf and frame sections;
- most gaskets are mounted in a continuous fashion, with no trimming in corners, inner glass gaskets are almost invisible;
- profile dewatering available in two variants: conventional or concealed.
