KRISPOL HAS JOINED THE PROGRAMME UNDER THE MOTTO “GIVE A HANDFUL OF LOVE RIGHT FROM YOUR BONES”
KRISPOL staff members have recently become involved in the campaign aimed at creating a bone marrow donor registry.
Within the scope of the programme, KRISPOL organizes special trips for qualification tests in a Poznań laboratory for all staff members who are willing to participate. Tests take place during working hours and at the Company's expense.
A special information and promotion campaign was also staged in the Company. The goal of the campaign is to show the Company's workers that an activity which for a potential bone marrow donor takes just a couple of minutes can be the only chance for a new life to a leukaemia patient waiting for a bone marrow transplant from an unrelated donor. We also inform our staff that in order to find an appropriate donor, the database of potential donors should be very large, since it is usually very difficult to find bone marrow with matching antigens.
The programme has been very popular with our employees. We are very grateful to all staff members who have joined the campaign and contributed to increasing the bone marrow donor bank.
